A thoughtful, integrative approach to therapy

Unlearn what no longer serves you.

Understand the patterns you’ve carried, reconnect with yourself, and make space for a different way of being.

Therapy can be a place to get curious about the ways you’ve learned to move through the world—and discover what might be possible beyond them.

About me

A place to begin, just as you are.

If you’re here, chances are you’ve been carrying something for a long time. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, body image concerns, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.

Whatever has brought you here, my hope is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, explore your inner world with compassion and curiosity, and discover new ways of moving forward.

Having spent over 15 years on my own healing journey, I know what it can feel like to struggle, feel lost, and lose hope at times. I also know that healing is possible, and that life can look different on the other side of that work. That journey has shaped my respect for the complexity of being human and for the patience, honesty, and courage that meaningful change can ask of us. If my approach resonates with you, I welcome you to reach out so we can explore whether working together may be a good fit.

Services

Support for where you are right now.

Therapy is collaborative. We’ll work together to understand what you’re experiencing, what may be keeping you stuck, and what meaningful change could look like for you.

Primary service

Individual Therapy

For adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship patterns, body image concerns, life transitions, or a sense of disconnection from themselves.

Our work may include exploring past experiences, noticing present-day responses, building practical skills, and developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Relationships

Couples Therapy

For couples who want to better understand recurring patterns, improve communication, navigate conflict, or feel more connected to one another.

Our work can offer space to explore each partner’s perspective, recognize the dynamics that arise between you, and practice new ways of listening and responding.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) combines psychotherapy with a ketamine experience coordinated with an appropriate medical provider. Preparation and integration can create space to explore intentions, reflect on what emerges, and consider how insights may connect with everyday life.

I’m currently accepting waitlist inquiries for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

My approach

Understanding yourself, from the inside out.

These perspectives offer different ways of making sense of your experience. We can draw on them as appropriate to your needs, goals, and preferences.

Somatic awareness

Our experiences can shape not only how we think, but also how we feel in our bodies. Somatic awareness invites us to notice sensations, emotions, and physical responses with curiosity rather than judgment.

Psychodynamic & depth psychology

Past experiences, relationships, and feelings outside our immediate awareness can influence how we relate to ourselves and others today. Exploring these connections can help make familiar patterns more understandable.

Attachment

Our early relationships can shape what we come to expect from closeness, trust, and connection. Exploring attachment patterns can help us understand how we navigate relationships and respond to our own needs.

Parts-based work

Different sides of us may try to protect us in different ways—the part that strives, the part that fears rejection, or the part that withdraws when things feel overwhelming. Parts work invites us to understand these responses with compassion.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

CBT explores the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It can offer practical ways to notice unhelpful cycles and experiment with new responses.

Collaborative, individualized care

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We can work together to identify what feels useful, move at a pace that respects your needs, and connect insight with practical changes in daily life.

FAQs

A few things you may be wondering.

Do you offer in-person and virtual therapy?

I offer in-person therapy in Orange County and select surrounding areas of Los Angeles County, as well as virtual therapy for clients located throughout California. Please reach out to confirm current in-person availability.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope might change, and what you would like support with. It’s also a chance for us to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

Do I need to know which therapeutic approach I need?

No. You don’t need to know the names of modalities or arrive with a clear plan. We can talk about what you’re experiencing and decide collaboratively what may be helpful.

Are you currently accepting KAP clients?

I’m accepting waitlist inquiries for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy while the clinical and medical arrangements are finalized. Contact me if you’d like to express interest or ask questions.

How do I get started?
